Rock N’ Roll Relics are all about building that dream guitar for an affordable price that plays great, sounds great and looks cool.
All our guitars are hand-crafted and built from the ground up with each given detailed attention. Every build starts with hand picked light weight Alder, Ash or Pine depending on the year, make and color. All our bodies are two piece and In some cases 3 pieces depending on the color. One piece bodies are available for an additional charge. Our set neck models are CNC cut African Mahogany and Honduras with the choice of ebony or rosewood finger boards.
The necks we offer for our bolt on models are one piece maple or maple with rosewood fingerboard with vintage single action truss rods. We hand roll the edges of all our necks for a smooth and vintage feel up and and down the neck. Custom cut profiles are available which we would cut from the wood of your choice to exactly what you are after. Additional charge for a custom profiles will apply.
ALL our finish work Is done In nitrocellulose Lacquer and applied very thin to achieve that natural feel and tone. No plastics or polly’s are used In any of our builds.

All our aging level for bodies, necks and hardware are ‘light, medium and heavy’
For our custom builds we use ‘D. Allen’ and ‘Nunley Custom’ pickups. We also can offer other pickup choices If the customer Is after a specific one.
The approximate time frame for a custom build Is 4-8 weeks for bolt on neck guitars and 8-10 weeks for neck through body guitars. Ready to ship guitars will be posted In the ‘SHOP’ when available so check back frequently. You can also request to be contacted by email when guitars are available you are Interested In purchasing.
